New from Robert Greenwald and Bravenew Foundation:
Glenn Beck is planning a rally to take place on the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous “I Have a Dream Speech.” Worse yet, the rally is being held at the same location where King gave his speech in 1963 and will feature guests like Sarah Palin.
In addition to the video, Bravenew Foundation is circulating a pledge to stand with Martin Luther King Jr.'s vision of a just, diverse and equal society. I agree with Greenwald: We shouldn't let Beck and Palin destroy and distort King's vision. As he once said, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."
